Senske Services has been a leader in lawn care, pest control, tree services, grounds maintenance, and holiday lighting since 1947.

Our success is driven by the quality of our services and the strong relationships we build with our customers. Our dedicated employees make Senske a local favorite.

Following a strategic investment from GTCR in December of 2022, Senske Services became Senske Family of Companies and has expanded its portfolio to include 10 additional brands and now serves customers in 16 U.S. states and Canada.

We remain dedicated to international growth and seek partnerships with leading home services companies.

    1947 - Senske Services is Born

    In 1947, following World War II, Bill Senske started a small lawn care and pest control company in Spokane, Wash. It was probably the first modern-style lawn care business in the nation. Bill’s wife, Liz, served as the entire office staff. This allowed Bill to focus on ridding the city of more than 10,000 rats. Thanks to Bill, Spokane was designated a rat-free city in 1952. This established his reputation as the region’s top pest control and lawn care expert.

    1980's - Chris Senske Takes Over

    After four decades of building Senske’s reputation as a quality service provider, Bill handed the reins to his youngest son, Chris.

    Chris accepted the challenge of expanding service to the Yakima and Kennewick areas to provide better service to Eastern Washington.

    Using the work ethic and wisdom passed on by his father, the Senske team was — and still is — built on customer relationships and superior customer satisfaction.

    2000's - Success & Expansion

    In 2002, Senske completed construction of its state-of-the-art headquarters in Kennewick. This facility serves as the resource center for all our local branch offices. Senske’s family oriented commitment to quality and service extends to service centers in Spokane, Yakima, Kennewick, Seattle, and Tacoma Wash.; Boise, Idaho Falls, and Coeur D’Alene, Idaho; Salt Lake City, Ogden, Logan, and Provo, Utah.

    Each branch is staffed with top experts in lawn care, tree care, pest control and weed control to provide the best service possible. Senske also offers holiday lights service for commercial and residential customers.

    2022 - TODAY

    After more than 75 years of sustained success, Senske Services entered a new chapter in December 2022 with a strategic investment from GTCR—marking its transformation into the Senske Family of Companies. Since then, the organization has grown its portfolio by acquiring 10 additional brands and now proudly serves customers across 15 U.S. states and Canada.

    We are committed to the continued expansion of quality services that put the customer first, and actively seek partnerships with top-tier home services providers.
